Order Cancellation
- Before Dispatch: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is dispatched, whichever is earlier. Cancellations can be requested via email at neekfoods@gmail.com or by contacting our customer support team.
- After Dispatch: Unfortunately, orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled.
Refund Policy
- Eligible Refunds: Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged or defective.
- The product delivered does not match the order placed.
- Refund Process: If you are eligible for a refund, please email us within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with supporting images and proof of the issue.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the claim is verified and approved.
Return and Replacement
